a. Order Process: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
b. Pricing: Prices are listed in Indian Rupee and are subject to change without notice.

Shipping and Delivery
a. Shipping: We offer standard free shipping on all our products. If you require express shipping, additional shipping costs will be charged at checkout.
b. Delivery: Standard delivery times are 4-6 working days and express delivery is 2-4 working days. These delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as carrier issues.
Returns and Exchanges
a. Damage: Each piece of our jewellery is checked for quality before dispatch. If the packaging seems to be damaged at the time of delivery, we request you to shoot a video while unpacking. This will aid in processing the returns faster.
b. Returns: We accept returns within 2 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging intact.
c. Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to availability. Please contact our customer service for assistance.
d. Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Jewellery Care
