a. Damage: Each piece of our jewellery is checked for quality before dispatch. If the packaging seems to be damaged at the time of delivery, we request you to shoot a video while unpacking. This will aid in processing the returns faster.
b. Returns: We accept returns within 2 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging intact.
c. Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to availability. Please contact our customer service for assistance.
d. Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
